Particle Counter R306

R306 and R506 Remote Airborne Particle Counters

0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM)

The Airy Technology® R306 and R506 Remote Particle Counters are the most feature-advanced remote particle counters available. Integration is easy into a building automation and cleanroom management system via Ethernet, or (optional) Wireless 802.11 b/g, RS485 or RS232. Integrated web server displays instrument screen through any browser.

The R-306 and R-506 remote particle counters display and report 6 user-selectable particle size channels, as well as (optional) temperature and humidity, flow and sensor status, date of last calibration, serial number, laser on-time and date of manufacture for easy maintenance and warranty management. Storing up to 45,000 time-stamped particle count and environmental data records provides data redundancy on every instrument. Airy Technology® counters can be monitored remotely via web browser or controlled and monitored using Instrument Management
Software (IMS).

All Airy Technology® counters meet ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921. The R306 and R506 ensure compliance with an on-board pulse height analyzer

Particle Counter R306

R306P and R506P Remote Airborne Particle Counters

0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM)

The Airy Technology® R306P and R506P Remote Particle Counters measure 0.3 or 0.5 to 25.0 μm with a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM) from an internal vacuum pump and are the most feature-advanced remote particle counters available. Integration is easy into a building automation and cleanroom management system via Ethernet, or (optional) Wireless 802.11 b/g, RS485 or RS232.

The R306P and R506P remote particle counters display and report 6 user-selectable particle size channels, as well as (optional) temperature and relative humidity, flow and sensor status, date of last calibration, serial number, laser on-time and date of manufacture for easy maintenance and warranty management.

These remote particle counters store up to 45,000 time stamped particle count and environmental data records which provides data redundancy on every instrument.

Airy Technology® counters can be controlled and monitored remotely via web browser. All Airy Technology® counters meet ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921. The R-306P and R-506P ensure compliance with an on-board pulse height analyzer.

Particle Counter R306

R301P and R501P Remote Airborne Particle Counters

0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM)

The R301P and R501P particle counters provide a range of particle size measurement from 0.3 to 25.0 μm at 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM) flow. These sensors allow for efficient particle counting with high accuracy and resolution that meet or exceed ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 for the calibration of a particle counter.

These units are equipped with an internal pump and manifold and do not require an external vacuum source. Integration into a building automation or facility monitoring system is easy via standard MODBUS RS-485 communication.

Particle Counter R306

R301 and R501 Remote Airborne Particle Counters

0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM)

The R301 and R501 particle counters provide a range of particle size measurement from 0.3 or 0.5 to 25.0 μm at a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM). These sensors allow for efficient particle counting with specifications that exceed the ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 calibration standards.

These sensors have 4 fixed particle size channels and are equipped with an integral critical orifice and flow sensor to provide a stable flow rate from an external vacuum source. Integration into a building automation or facility monitoring system is easy via isolated RS-485 Modbus communication.

Particle Counter R306

R510 and R510-2 Remote Airborne Particle Counters

0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM)

The R510 and R510-2 particle counters provide a range of particle size measurement from 0.5 to 25.0 μm at a flow rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM).
